today I have been at the beach in Sint Maartenszee, a small village at the Dutch North Sea coast. even though the storm was much stronger yesterday the sea was still very wild and most of the beach was covered by the sea - strong force of nature this wind

today I was in Zandvoort for the miksang practicioner day at the Dutch coast of the North Sea, beautiful blue sky but cold wind
