I attended the Miksang Practitioner Day with my Misang Teacher Helen Vink - see also http://www.miksang.nl/ - in Zandvoort. One assignment we got was to take photos of the quality of sand, the "sandness of sand", to make contact with this quality, examine this field of perception and to look deeper each time
