today I met with a friend in a relavtively new café/restaurant, C * T Coffee & Coconuts = a very nice space. located in a former cinema, over two levels, very spacious, but at the same time cosy, nice food and nice dinks, lovely staff

spring has finally arrived in amsterdam and a lot of people are sporting in the park, this guy was running in incredible speed and very small and presize steps over this kind of ladder ... it was really fun to watch his perfect performance
